Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a documentation pack from AuditReady Templates (“we”, “us”), and to the AI Assistant subscription where you hold one. By completing a purchase, you accept them.

What we sell

We sell digital, editable ISO documentation template packs (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and a combined pack), delivered by download link after payment. An optional AI Assistant subscription, to help you complete the templates in the pack(s) you own, is in development and is not currently available to buy. The packs are complete in themselves and need no subscription.

Pricing, currency and VAT

Prices can be shown in euro (€), pound sterling (£) or US dollar ($). We pick a currency based on where you appear to be visiting from, and you can change it at any time using the currency selector in the site header. Each currency has its own set price rather than a live conversion of the euro price, so the amounts differ slightly between currencies. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

All prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. Any VAT or sales tax due is calculated at checkout based on the billing country you provide, and added to the total before you pay. If you’re a VAT-registered business, you can enter your VAT number at checkout and it will be applied where the rules allow. The total payable, including any tax, is always shown before you confirm your purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We don’t store your card details.

Digital delivery

Packs are delivered by email as a download link, typically within a couple of minutes of payment. Because this is digital content delivered immediately on completion of your order, once your download link has been used you may lose the right to a cooling-off-period refund that would otherwise apply to physical goods, except as set out below or as required by law.

Refunds

If a pack is faulty, materially incomplete, or you haven’t been able to access your download, contact hello@auditreadytemplates.com and we’ll put it right or refund you. Otherwise, because these are digital products delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds once a pack has been downloaded. This doesn’t affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

The AI Assistant subscription

The AI Assistant isn’t currently on sale. The terms below apply to anyone who already holds a subscription, and will apply again if and when we offer it.

• Billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
• Access is limited to the pack(s) you’ve purchased, and to a daily number of messages, to keep the service fair and available for everyone.
• The AI Assistant gives guidance based on the templates in your pack. It isn’t a substitute for professional, legal or certification advice, and we don’t guarantee any particular audit, compliance or certification outcome from using it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or share purchased templates or AI Assistant access outside your own organisation.
• Use the AI Assistant for anything unrelated to completing your purchased pack.
• Attempt to circumvent the access, payment or usage limits on the site.

Intellectual property

The templates and site content remain our intellectual property. Buying a pack gives you a licence to use and adapt the templates within your own organisation — it doesn’t transfer ownership or the right to resell or redistribute them.

Disclaimer

Packs and the AI Assistant are provided “as is”, to help you build your own management system documentation. We don’t guarantee that using them will result in successful certification or compliance with any standard — that depends on how they’re implemented in your organisation and the judgement of your certification body or auditor. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
